Visiting hours

Our general visiting hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you need to visit during other hours, please feel free to check with the patient's nurse.

If you'd like information about a patient's condition, please call 503-623-8301.

Waiting areas

We have four waiting areas throughout the hospital. They are located in the main lobby, Laboratory and Imaging, Rehabiltation and Emergency departments.

Courtesty phones

There are wall courtesy phones available in the main lobby and the Emergency Room lobby for local use. (Dallas and Salem area.)

Pastoral Care

Chaplains can help in a number of ways, including providing emotional and spiritual support; counseling on health care decisions; grief and loss and death and dying issues and assisting with advance directive documents. West Valley Hosptial has pastoral care on-call.

Gift shop

The Gift shop is open from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri.

The gift shop carries a wide variety of items including plush animals, jewelry, snack packages, counter drugs/stamps, home & office gifts, seasonal items, and greeting cards.
